First things first, we went to David's Bridal. They were having their annual $99 sale, so...
The first dress Olivia tried on looked phenomenal. She looked so great in it. Unfortunately, she didn't like how her hips looked in it. I, personally, think she's crazy and she should have bought this one.
Coming out of the dressing room:
Look how pretty she is!
Smile pretty!
The second dress was a bit more springy, but we didn't like it really on her.
Pretend you have a camera...:)
So, while we were there, we got accosted by the sales lady. She kept trying to put things in Olivia's hair, like a veil or flowers or a tiara (Olivia is so not a tiara girl!). Olivia just felt so overwhelmed by the whole thing by the time we were done. So we just left.
After that, we went over to the mall in hopes that a prom dress would be more up her alley. She didn't seem to want a train, so I figured a prom dress would suit her.
We shopped at a few places where she didn't really find anything she like. Finally we went into JC Penny's and we found the dress she ended up buying. She looked cute in it, but I still like the first one best. But it's what makes her happy and that's what the day is all about anyway. :)
Here is Olivia's final dress choice:
Taking pics in a cramped dressing room...not super easy.

So now, we have a little over a week to go...
